Senior product and impact leader connecting data, evidence, and digital systems to how health and education actually work in practice.
Over five years at The DG Murray Trust, I've grown from UX researcher and designer to leading the full product and impact function for ECD Connect, a multi-tenant SaaS platform supporting early childhood practitioners and community health workers across the education and health dimensions of ECD. I own the product roadmap across two verticals, make architecture and prioritisation decisions across multiple deployment models, and bridge engineering, implementation, and impact teams to get the right things built and into the hands of people who need them.
My data work runs across several layers: daily behavioural analytics that feeds directly back into UX decisions and developer priorities; implementation dashboards that give partner organisations a live view of what's happening on the ground so they can deploy training, mentorship, or resources where they're needed; de-identified data synthesis oriented toward policy and future research; and evidence packaging for funders. It's not reporting for reporting's sake. It's data that moves people to act.
I hold an M.Ed from Harvard Graduate School of Education (Prevention Science & Practice) and a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard University, and bring a grounding in behavioural science and causal inference to every product and data decision I make.
Senior roles where product, data, and real-world impact intersect.
I'm drawn to organisations where digital systems, evidence, and implementation are genuinely integrated - where the work is complex and the decisions have real consequences. Health, education, civic tech, and development finance are the contexts where I've done my best work.
